Lousine Hovhanisian

Associate

Lousine specialises in corporate law with a focus on (private) M&A transactions and private equity.

Her experience includes advising on (cross-border) acquisitions, divestments, and joint ventures for both private equity and corporate clients.

Prior to joining the corporate team, Lousine worked in the Competition department where she advised clients on European and Dutch competition law as well as regulated markets. Lousine joined the firm in 2020 after obtaining an LL.M. in Corporate Law at Utrecht University and an LL.M. in EU Competition Law and Regulation at the University of Amsterdam.
