  • EPIC Holdings, Inc., and its affiliates in numerous acquisitions.
  • BUSA Acquisition Co. in the purchase of BankCard USA.
  • Mubadala in its joint venture with Alpha Dhabi to co-invest in global credit opportunities, and in various other investments and transactions, including the acquisition, together with Fortress management, of Fortress Investment Group from SoftBank Group Corp.
  • Fairfax Financial Holdings in its $1.4 billion sale of its pet insurance business to JAB Holding Co.
  • SES AI Corporation (Nasdaq: SES) in its US$3.6 billion SEC-registered initial public listing through a de-SPAC transaction with Ivanhoe Capital Acquisition Corp., including a US$275 million PIPE.
  • Vox Media Holdings, Inc. in its stock-for-stock business combination with Group Nine Media, Inc.
