Lucinda has experience in cross-border and multi-jurisdictional M&A, joint ventures and private equity transactions across the ASEAN region.

She has advised clients across a number of different industry sectors and jurisdictions, and has a particular focus on energy and infrastructure M&A. She has recent and ongoing experience in energy transition work, relating to the major forms of renewable energy including onshore and offshore wind, solar, geothermal and hydroelectric.

She has also been involved in a number of sell-side and buy-side infrastructure transactions, including toll roads and data centers.
