Representative matters

  • A leading Spanish global infrastructure management group on its acquisition of a shadow toll concession in Spain.
  • A European leader in digital payments on the acquisition of 80% of a payment subsidiary owned by one of the major banks of Spain.
  • A Spanish family-owned group on the agreement with a global energy company to promote the conversion of a thermal power plant to gas for its entry into operation in 2025 and the acquisition of 50 percent of the plant.
  • An international ports, industrial zones and logistics operator company in its acquisition of a Spanish-headquartered logistics group.
  • A Spanish company leader in transport infrastructure on the sale of its interest in an Irish highway to two international investors.
  • Irish regional airline on its alliance with a Spanish regional airline in order to create a European regional airline alliance.

Pro bono

  • Training workshops for people who are socially excluded or have disabilities.
