Mark advises Australian, New Zealand and Asian issuers and their sponsors and investment banks on cross-border equity and debt capital markets financings.
Mark has a broad corporate finance practice, representing issuers and investment banks on U.S. and international financing transactions, including and, Australian IPOs with a Rule 144A offering, high-yield and investment grade Rule 144A debt, U.S. debt private placements (USPPs) and commercial paper and MTN programs.
In addition, Mark has provided U.S. securities and corporate law advice to some of Australia’s leading companies, including BHP, Macquarie Group, Lend Lease, Transurban, Westfield, Amcor and A large global investment manager.
Mark has advised across a range of sectors including aviation, banking, energy, fast-moving consumer goods, financial services, gaming, infrastructure, media, mining and resources, pharmaceuticals, professional services, property, retailing and technology.
He has extensive transaction experience throughout Southeast Asia, having worked on major deals in Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines.
Mark has been recommended by a number of independent directories, including Chambers Global, Chambers Asia-Pacific, IFLR 1000 and Legal 500.
