May is involved in a number of industry working groups on debt capital market issues. She has a particular interest in the prospectus and transparency regimes. Prior to taking on a knowledge role, May worked as a senior associate in the firm’s debt capital markets practice in London. She advised on a broad range of debt capital markets transactions by corporates, financial institutions and sovereigns, acting for both managers and issuers.
