Megan is an associate in the Intellectual Property practice in the Washington, D.C. office. She focuses on complex intellectual property litigation in federal district courts, appellate courts, and administrative agencies, including the U.S. International Trade Commission.

Megan’s practice encompasses all stages of civil litigation, from resolving discovery disputes and drafting dispositive motions, to taking cases to trial and briefing appeals.

Prior to joining Allen & Overy, Megan served as a law clerk to the Honorable Evan J. Wallach at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and to the Honorable Donald C. Pogue at the U.S. Court of International Trade.

Megan attended the U.C. Berkeley School of Law, where she was Supervising Editor of the Berkeley Journal of International Law and received the Jurisprudence Award (first in class) in International Trade.
