Michael is Director & Client Value Lawyer in the Finance practice. 

Admitted in New York, England & Wales and Ireland, Michael is a dual-qualified finance attorney. He leads knowledge management, client value and practice operations initiatives for the Finance practice and is based in New York. Prior to joining the firm, Michael was an associate at Davis Polk from 2008-2014, where his practice focused on representing borrowers and lenders in complex cross-border finance transactions, including leveraged and investment-grade deals, acquisition financings and sponsor-backed transactions.

Michael is a member of the Board of Directors and Past-President of the Irish American Bar Association of New York. He is Co-Chair of the New York City Knowledge Management & Innovation Attorney Network.
