Mirte specialises in employment law. 
She advises clients on a broad range of employment matters, including executive compensation and departures, compliance and works council matters. She has experience in remuneration and incentives matters within financial institutions, listed and private companies. In addition to her employment work, she has experience in financial regulatory law, advising financial institutions on matters relating market entrance requirements, market conduct and compliance.
