Mitch advises sponsors, private capital investors, a diverse range of funders and borrowers on a wide variety of renewable energy, oil and gas and infrastructure projects.

She advises throughout the lifecycle of a project on financing, shareholders' arrangements, structuring and revenue and operational contracts (including PPAs, concession agreements and O&M contracts). Mitch has advised on a broad range of deals across the energy and infrastructure landscape (greenfield and brownfield) including, windfarms, offshore transmission assets, solar, district energy networks, roads, hospitals and satellites.

  • Green Investment Group on the establishment of Corio Generation Limited (a specialist offshore wind business with a project pipeline of over 30GW of green energy in the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific) and on its joint venture arrangements with Ontario Teachers’ Pensions Plan.
  • Corio on its divestment to TotalEnergies of certain interests in the Formosa 3 Project.
  • Lenders on the financing of the Triton Knoll OFTO.
  • Equinor and Polenergia on the development and financing of Baltyk II and Baltyk III offshore wind projects.
  • A consortium of Macquarie, Cintra, Royal BAM, SK Construction and Aberdeen Standard Investments on the GBP1.2bn project financing of the Silvertown Tunnel PPP under the River Thames.
  • Yahsat on the USD700m financing of the development of Thuraya 4 satellite for commercial and military applications in the United Arab Emirates.
  • Lenders to Chappal on its acquisition of Equinor’s onshore oil and gas assets in Nigeria.
