Among his clients are global multinational entities, such as infrastructure and energy funds, major oil and gas companies, pension funds, independent power producers, developers and leading national and international corporations. He provides advice on project design and transaction structuring at every phase of project development and financing, from project inception to equity investment to construction, permanent financing and refinancing.

Moritz splits his time between Hamburg and Los Angeles and offers an in-depth knowledge of the energy sector including the relevant markets allowing him to successfully negotiate offtake agreements.
