Nadia has extensive experience advising some of the world’s largest banks, broker-dealers, fund managers, trading venues and other financial market infrastructure providers on regulatory issues.

Nadia has advised on an extensive range of regulatory change projects, including in relation to MIFID II, Brexit and operational resilience.

Nadia is a contributor to a chapter in the Oxford University Press publication on Financial Markets and Exchanges Law, covering multilateral trading facilities (MTFs) and organised trading facilities (OTFs). She was named a Female Rising Star in 2023 by Law.Com International. She was also recently recognised by Legal 500 as a Rising Star for Financial Services: Non-Contentious/Regulatory 2024.

  • Refinitiv and its shareholders on the USD27 billion sale of the Refinitiv group to the London Stock Exchange Group which involved managing regulatory filings across approximately 14 jurisdictions.
  • A joint-stock company on the generation of a new financial services regulatory framework, including drafting and restructuring its rulebook.
  • A global financial services organisation on using digital asset technology to support digital asset issuances and custody.

Pro bono

  • Advising a leading LGBTQ+ charity operating in Uganda on international human rights law.
  • Regularly advises on parental leave legal issues through the charity Maternity Action.
  • Regularly volunteered at and coordinated and supervised Toynbee Hall’s women only legal clinic.
