Natalie advises U.S. and multi-national companies and private equity funds on a variety of corporate transactions, with a focus on intellectual property (IP) transactions, including drafting and negotiating license, service and other technology agreements as well as IP-related provisions of acquisitions and other commercial transactions.

She counsels on a range of privacy-related matters and is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) as well as a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US).

She has broad experience in advising on energy-related projects, including joint development arrangements and IP-related aspects of the design-build process and project agreements.
