Nick’s experience includes both advisory and transactional work. He works on a variety of transactions and projects, including licensing, sponsorship, transitional, collaboration, distribution, outsourcing and data protection agreements.

  • Apax Partners on their acquisition of WGSN Limited from Ascential plc for a total enterprise value of up to GBP700 million.
