Nick advises on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions including the acquisition and disposal of direct and indirect real estate investments, establishing real estate joint ventures and commercial lettings for both landlords as well as tenants on HQ relocations. 
Nick has particular experience advising on the acquisition and disposal of offshore property holding structures with underlying assets located both in UK and across continental Europe and joint venture development projects. Nick also has wide ranging experience advising sponsors and funders on numerous private and PFI infrastructure, energy and renewables project.
