  • One of South Africa’s leading banks in respect of recovery actions against defaulting creditors in business rescue proceedings and ensuing liquidation proceedings.
  • A global industry leader in energy management solutions in arbitration proceedings involving a contractual dispute and related to complaint to the Broad-based Black Economic Empowerment Commission.

  • Assisted an independent not for profit network of human rights lawyers with comparative research on rights of LGBTQ+ persons in South Africa.
