He also has experience advising public companies on their public disclosures, securities law compliance and corporate governance matters.

Nikolaos was previously an associate member of the Financial Restructuring & Insolvency practice, where he represented debtors, creditors, financial institutions, ad hoc creditor groups, cross border entities and other parties in interest in large and complex Chapter 11 bankruptcies and other distressed situations.
