Noemie’s practice focuses on French and European competition law, as well as distribution and consumer law matters.

Her experience includes representing clients before EU and French competition authorities in antitrust litigations such as abuses of dominant position and cartel practices, within the context of commitments and settlement procedures, as well as in appeal proceedings against decisions issued by such authorities. Noemie also assists companies in the context of merger control filings. Her experience also includes representing clients in the context of antitrust litigations brought before national courts.

Noemie has been involved in the implementation of antitrust compliance programmes, and regularly conducts antitrust compliance trainings for clients, including dawn raids trainings. Regarding merger control, Noemie has been involved in a number of national and cross-border transactions, requiring merger control filings in various jurisdictions. Noemie assists clients from a wide range of industries, including technology and luxury products. Noemie also undertook a 6-month secondment in the competition law department of a client, in 2023.

  • Coordination of the participation in Safe Passage International’s “Project Réunir”, and advice to individuals in family reunification matters.
  • Advising a human rights charity on a sponsorship agreement to be entered with a Euronext listed company.
  • Mentoring students of Clinique Juridique de la Sorbonne (Paris) in the context of assistance to small enterprises and/or start-ups.
  • Organization of fundraising campaigns for various charities in the firm’s Paris office.
