She advises international and regional players on the civil law implications to general banking matters (including general lending, project finance, and asset finance) and corporate matters. Before joining the firm, Nour practiced as a legal consultant in a regional firm in Dubai. She is fluent in Arabic, English and French.

A syndicate of banks on a margin loan secured by pledge over listed shares in the UAE.

A syndicate of international and regional creditors in respect of claims against Emirates Hospital Group (including in relation to on-going formal bankruptcy proceedings in the UAE).

A utility company in connection with the restructuring of its debt from a group of international and regional banks.
