  • The Public Investment Fund on its investment in GIP Gutenberg GmbH – an offshore wind assets portfolio managed by Global Infrastructure Partners.
  • Dubai Electricity and Water Authority on its initial public offering on the Dubai Financial Market.
  • Empower on its initial public offering on the Dubai Financial Market.
  • Carbon Holdings as sponsor on all corporate, equity funding and restructuring aspects of its existing and planned petrochemical facilities in Egypt.
  • The Egyptian National Authority for Tunnels in respect of Euler Hermes and SACE-guaranteed financings of the Egyptian high-speed rail network.
  • The Ministry of Investment of Saudi Arabia on various matters aimed at enabling and incentivizing investment in the Kingdom
  • The Egyptian National Authority for Tunnels in respect of the UK Export Finance-guaranteed facility to finance the development of each of the New Capital City monorail and the 6th of October City monorail in Cairo.
  • A consortium on a proposed asset acquisition of certain oil & gas concessions in Egypt.
  • A lender on the project aspects of a proposed financing of the cost of unitizing two oil fields in Ghana.
  • Energean Oil & Gas in connection with the acquisition of Edison E&P.
  • The lenders in relation to the acquisition financing to East Gas Company.
