Olimpia’s practice focuses on real estate law. She advises Italian and international clients, including companies, institutional investors, investing banks, asset management companies, on the acquisition, management, development and disposal of real estate assets or portfolios.
She has been involved in complex and cross-border due diligence activities of a wide range of real estate transactions, as well as in the drafting and negotiation of commercial and lease agreements.

Experience

Representative matters

  • Coima SGR S.p.A. and its affiliates in connection with a number of acquisition, management and development of real estate assets (i.e. sale by Coima QIA Italian Property Fund of the real estate complex located in Milan, Piazza San Fedele);
  • Kryalos SGR S.p.A., on behalf of Arcimboldo fund in the acquisition of certain real estate properties located in Milan Via Sarca, named Bicocca Village» and «Bicocca Gate» and the quota of Arcimbolda S.r.l. (which owns the commercial licences, the master lease agreement, the lease agreements and on going concern lease agreement);
  • PGIM Real Estate European Value Partners II Holding S.à r.l. in several acquisitions of real estate assets in the logistics sector;
  • Anima Holding S.p.A., in relation to the transfer of the 80% of the corporate capital of Castello SGR S.p.A to Anima Holding S.p.A.;
  • Castello SGR S.p.A., in connection with several acquisitions and developments of real estate assets in the logistics sector;
  • Figura 11 S.r.l.; in connection with several acquisitions and development of real estate assets in the logistics sector;
  • GreenOak in the acquisition of several logistics assets across northern Italy from different institutional investors;
  • Mark in several acquisitions of real estate assets in the logistics sector and the Italian aspects of the sale of its logistic platform Crossbay.

Pro bono

  • Advising Fondazione Don Gino Rigoldi on real estate initiatives (social housing) aimed at urban regeneration with a high social impact.
