Olivier Picquerey

Olivier has acted alongside companies since 2006 to accompanying them through their organizational changes and the implementation of their HR strategies.
He has developed a solid expertise in complex collective project management: taking advantage restructuring opportunities enacted in France, outsourcing, collective bargaining especially on working time issues and social dialog.
 
In addition, Olivier offers his clients specialized knowledge on incentives and in case of legal disputes, either individual or collective, against group of employees or trade unions, he helps them bring their case to industrial tribunals and civil jurisdictions.
 
He also brings his valuable experience to the table on issues such as health in the workplace, risks and security and international mobility, particularly during the enactment of innovate forms of employment and workplace organisation and runs annual trainings at the Magellan Institute, International Mobility MBA.
 
Olivier is regularly interviewed by online publications (Business Insider France, Entreprendre.fr, …) contributes to articles in several publications that specialise in labour law and conducts training courses in health in the workplace and international mobility and contributes to our leading employment law blog “Employment Talk”.

  • Runner at the 3rd “Nuit des Relais”, night solidarity-based race at Paris Grand Palais, 4 December 2018. Solidarity-based race against violence against women, La Nuit des Relais is held by a charity supporting the Fondation des Femmes and in favor of the Fondation des Femmes.
  • Advised the French branch of a leading UK charity fighting global poverty on various employment matters (social security reassessment, professional elections, termination of an employment contract).
  • Participated in housing construction in Ghana with a US charity.
