Pablo has extensive experience advising national and international clients, including founders, on M&A, joint ventures and partner agreements, W&I insurance policies, MIP and reinvestment structures, reorganizations, contracts and corporate governance in various sectors, with special emphasis on private equity, infrastructure, energy and TMT.
With extensive experience in the infrastructure sector and a deep knowledge of digital infrastructure assets, Pablo has participated in landmark deals in the Spanish market.

Representative matters

  • A private equity firm on the acquisition of a multinational food company.
  • A private equity firm on the sale of an open access rural fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) platform in Spain.
  • Infracapital on the acquisition of a majority stake in Endesa Soluciones (energy efficiency solutions platform) from Endesa Energía and on their joint venture arrangements.
  • A large global investment manager on the sale of Grupo Axión (including dark fibre platform Axent), a neutral telecommunications operator with a special presence in Andalusia, to Asterion Industrial Partners.
  • Advent, via its investee Circet, on the acquisition of Instalaciones y Tendidos Telefónicos, S.A. (ITETE Conecta), O&M telecommunications infrastructure supplier.
  • A global investment organization on the EUR250m acquisition of a majority stake in a leading platform offering graphic resources.
  • Advent, via its investee Circet, on the acquisition of Cableven a telecommunications infrastructure service provider in charge of network deployment and maintenance and installation activities.
  • Axión Infraestructuras in the constitution of Axent, a Spanish joint venture with Enagás to develop and offer telecommunications transport services on fibre and radio platforms.
  • Axión Infraestructuras in the constitution of a Spanish joint venture with Wireless Infrastructure Group Limited for the deployment of DaS and small cells.
  • Waterland on its Spanish add-on consisting on the acquisition of the Bynsa Group, a benchmark company in Spain in the pet food sector specialized in private label.
  • Apax on its Spanish add-on consisting on the acquisition of Grupo Ibersnacks, Spanish-based chips and snacks manufacturer specialized in private label.
  • Viscofan, the BME listed global leader in the manufacturing, production and distribution of casings for the meat industry, on the acquisition of the Supralon Group with subsidiaries in Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Germany and France.
  • A large global investment manager in its investment for the acquisition of Axión Infraestructuras de Telecomunicaciones, S.A.U., national wholesale operator of telecommunication infrastructures and services.
  • Venture capital firm on its sale of Spanish off-street car park operator to an infrastructure fund.
