Parisa’s experience focuses on fund finance, acting for borrowers and sponsors (both domestic and international) in connection with the broad spectrum of fund-level leverage products including NAV and hybrid facilities, subscription line facilities, GP support lines and refinancing's across a range of sectors and asset classes. 

She has a core speciality in structuring highly complicated and bespoke NAVs and other products to navigate fund structure-related issues.

Parisa’s deep understanding of fund-level operations and structures ensures that she can provide tailored advice to fund managers and sponsors in respect of the optimisation of their fund-level leverage.

Parisa also has substantial experience in advising lenders in respect of funds finance transactions.

Parisa has been recognised as a Next Generation Partner in Fund Finance by Legal 500 UK 2025. She is also an Executive Committee member of the European Fund Finance Association and heads the Diversity and Inclusion Committee for the Fund Finance Association in Europe.

  • A private equity fund on a €270 continuation fund financing, together with a €6.75 million GP commit facility for that continuation financing.
