Pascal focuses his practice on regulatory and asset management matters.

He is particularly involved in the creation of fund management companies and regulatory-driven sophisticated transactions including merger, acquisition and reorganisation transactions as well as regulatory approval procedures of fund managers with the French regulators. His experience also includes advising international investment firms and other financial entities on a wide-range of regulatory matters.

He also advises management companies on the setting-up, structuring and marketing of investment funds, especially, real estate funds and debt funds.

Representative matters

  • A multinational financial institution on the sale to Amundi of its asset management activities operated by Lyxor, for a total cash consideration of EUR825 million.
  • Corestate Capital Holding SA in the acquisition of Stam Europe, a major real estate management company.
  • A subsidiary of global financial institution in relation to the structuring of French real estate funds investing in the Paris area.
  • Lazard on its entry into exclusive negotiations with Elaia Partners to form a strategic partnership.
