Patricia advises on a wide range of corporate and M&A transactions, including acquisitions and disposals of companies, share capital increases and reductions as well as structural modifications such as mergers and carve-outs.

She has worked in transactions of diverse nature, assisting with their due diligence processes, main transaction documents and other general corporate work.

She has worked with various clients, comprising leading national and international companies from various industries, such as education, infrastructure, pharmaceutical, food, technology and renewable energy, providing them with strategic and practical advice.

Representative matters

Spanish family-owned group in the divestment of its shareholding in a US-based wind energy company to a North American green energy investor.

US-based private equity fund in the purchase of a major producer of meat products in Spain.

Global investment fund in the acquisition of the fibre network of a leading telecommunications service provider on an exclusive basis (no auction).

Major player in the wind energy sector on the EUR 613 million M&A transaction consisting of the disposal of its renewable assets in Southern Europe to a UK energy company, involving a portfolio of onshore wind projects with a total capacity of 3.8 GW across four jurisdictions and potential hybridization opportunities (previous firm experience).
