  • Sartorius group on EUR 1.4 billion equity raisings comprising the EUR 200 million placement of shares held in treasury by Sartorius AG and the EUR 1.2 billion placement of new shares in Sartorius Stedim Biotech S.A., the French listed subgroup of Sartorius group.
  • RAG-Stiftung on the EUR 500 million placement of a new bond convertible for shares in Evonik Industries AG, and the EUR 447 million repurchase of outstanding convertible bonds.
  • The initial purchasers on TUI AG’s EUR 500 million offering of a sustainability-linked high-yield bond.
  • TUI AG on the EUR 487 million placement of convertible bonds as last step in refinancing of Covid-19 state aid.
  • RAG-Stiftung on the EUR 468 million placement of 23.4 million shares in Evonik Industries AG, respresenting approximately 5.0% of Evonik's total issued shares.
  • GlobalWafers on the EUR 345 million placement of exchangeable units, exchangeable for Siltronic AG shares, and stock lending arrangements for hedging purposes.
  • KD Pharma Group on EUR 180 million placement of a Nordic Bond.
  • TUI AG on the delisting from London Stock Exchange and Prime Standard listing in Frankfurt.
