He has experience representing and advising clients on a broad range of transactions including domestic and international project finance work across the infrastructure and energy (including renewable and energy transition) value chain acting for sponsors/developers, contractors and financial institutions.
With a focus on project development, he has experience with all types of commercial contracts, including EPC/construction contracts, concession and sub concession agreements, operation and maintenance agreements, government support arrangements, power purchase agreements, product sales agreements, and equipment supply agreements.
He joined the firm in 2014 and, as of 2022, is based in Los Angeles.
