She has experience in advising clients on the tax structuring of private equity, debt and real estate investments. Samara also advises on securitisation and financing transactions as well as tax litigation cases. 

Samara is a member of the Luxembourg Private Equity & Venture Capital Association’s (LPEA)Tax - Young Private Equity Leaders Committee. 

She joined the firm in 2018.
