  • Ardagh Metal Packaging S. A. and certain of its subsidiaries, on a €269 million (approximately USD300 million) senior secured term loan facility, provided by certain investment funds and other entities managed by affiliates of Apollo Capital Management, L.P. 
  • Intercontinental Exchange, Inc., as Borrower, in connection with an amendment to its existing USD3.9 billion senior revolving credit facility agented by a leading US investment bank.

Pro bono

  • Advising clients through a partnership with a non-profit’s name change services for low-income transgender, gender non-conforming, and non-binary people.
