  • Intermediate Capital Group in the in the pre-sale refinancing of Garnica.
  • Intermediate Capital Group on the sale of Garnica to The Carlyle Group.
  • REPA Iberia, distributor of parts for equipment in the hospitality sector, in the acquisition of Eunasa Group, which represents an important milestone in the history of both companies, reinforcing REPA's presence at a national and global level.
  • CSC ServiceWorks (Pamplona Capital and OTPP) on its sale to Air-Serv Europe.
  • Waterland (9altitudes) in the acquisition of the Spanish group Integral.
  • A group engaged in the energy sector on the sale of a group of companies holding 9 photovoltaic projects (previous firm experience).
  • A bidder in the context of a bidding contest for the acquisition of a group with operating and under construction assets in several jurisdictions with more than 20 Spanish companies involved and more than 40 projects in Spain (previous firm experience).
