Prior to taking up her role, Sian worked for two international law firms in London and Dubai. She has experience advising clients on private M&A, joint ventures, group reorganisations, equity capital markets and corporate finance and has advised a range of clients including both public and private companies, partnerships and individuals.

She has also been seconded to in-house teams at a multinational bank and a federal sovereign wealth fund.
