Soyeon is experienced in advising private equity and other private capital investors on a wide range of corporate transactions including cross-border M&A, disposals, hybrid capital investments, joint ventures and leveraged buyouts.

She has experience across many industry sectors including health care, technology, industrials, financial services, consumer products and agriculture. 

Soyeon spent 12 months on secondment to Apollo Global Management where she worked closely with the investment and legal teams.
