She advises a broad array of U.S.-based and international companies as well as investment banks with transactions in the Fintech, technology, healthcare, manufacturing, financial services, consumer and retail, and energy sectors.

Prior to law school, Stephanie was an officer in the United States Army; she is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom and recipient of the Bronze Star.
