Client’s routinely call upon Stephanie to handle repeat engagements for her expertise in becoming embedded in the client’s business, understanding how a product will work and the goal of the transaction and applying the appropriate legal and business framework for success.

As a tech transaction lawyer, Stephanie enjoys the overlap between technology issues across industries. She advises a range of clients from global financial institutions and top-tier Fortune 500 corporations to tech start-ups and small ventures. Stephanie works closely with key stakeholders in client organizations, as well as in-house counsel, business teams and procurement professionals.
