Taddeo advises creditors in the financial sector, including banks and investment funds, on distressed asset transactions, court-supervised restructurings, and bankruptcy proceedings.

He has experience in representing financial institutions with exposure across numerous industries, including technology, infrastructure, energy, chemicals, trade, and aviation, in both out-of-court restructurings and insolvency proceedings.

Taddeo is an attorney-at-law and a licenced restructuring advisor. As a regular contributor to law journals and books, Taddeo publishes papers on transactional aspects of banking law, restructuring and bankruptcy.
