Temi has over 10 years’ experience advising lenders and borrowers with a particular focus on leveraged finance and event driven transactions.

She has extensive knowledge of the private credit, syndicated and leveraged loan markets and regularly advises on complex capital structures. Temi was named as a “Power Climber” in the 2020 Timewise Power List.

  • The initial purchasers and lenders in connection with the issuance of GBP330 million 8.5% Senior Secured Notes due 2030 and a revolving credit facility for Wagamama. The arrangers in connection with a term loan facility and a revolving credit facility in respect of the Pub Silo and a revolving facility under the third silo.
  • The MLAs supporting Cinven’s acquisition of Alter Domus, a global provider of end-to-end tech-enabled fund administration and corporate services across private equity, real assets, and private debt.
  • The Lenders supporting Permira’s acquisition of GGW Group, a European insurance brokerage platform.
  • The Lenders supporting Permira’s acquisition of Ergomed, a British biopharmaceutical services company.
  • The MLAs supporting Bain Capital’s acquisition of Eleda, the Swedish infrastructure projects and services firm.
  • The initial purchasers and lenders in connection with the offering by Herens Midco and Herens Holdco of US$350 million 4.750% Sustainability-Linked Senior Secured Notes due 2028 and €460 million 5.250% Sustainability-Linked Senior Notes due 2029, €750 million and $1,095 million term loans B and a €375 million revolving credit facility, in connection with the acquisition by funds advised by Bain Capital and Cinven of Lonza Specialty Ingredients.

  • Temi regularly reads with a young student at a local school via the AOS partnership with Chapter One, an organisation that focuses on transforming children's futures with one-to-one reading support.
  • Working alongside the Envision programme focusing on social mobility and developing young people's employability via mentoring and community apprenticeship.
