Thijs heads the commercial contracting team in Amsterdam. 

He has extensive experience in acquisition, disposition and finance transactions, (turnkey) project development and construction, leases, and connected real estate joint ventures and (corporate) structures.

Thijs has worked representing among other (institutional) investors and developers in the Real Estate and Energy sector since 2009. He has broad sector experience with a vast track record across the logistic & industrial, residential, hotel, office, retail and energy markets, navigating complex (cross border) transactions and projects.

In addition to his legal practice, Thijs regularly teaches and publishes on relevant real estate topics.
