Corestate Capital Holding S.A, an investment manager and co investor with assets under management in the order of EUR 13.2 billion in its core business, on English law aspects of its successful restructuring. 

African Frontier Capital (Mauritius) LLC on a USD30 million solar receivables securitisation in Tanzania.

A global alternative investment management firm on EUR252.5 million structured securitisation transaction consisting of origination of Spanish SME loans backed by a guarantee of the European Investment Fund.

A global investment management firm on its subscription of securities issued in an approx. USD 3 billion securitisation transaction backed by unsecured consumer loans originated by a financial institution based in United Kingdom.

An UK based financial institution on its circa £1 billion lending to private warehouse transactions backed by auto loans originated by a multinational financial institution and its joint venture group companies.

A global investment bank on its USD150 million facility to a warehouse securitisation transaction backed by trade receivables originated through a supply chain platform.

An Italian financial service company and a consortium of private investment firms on multiple large portfolio sales of non-performing mortgage loans in Greece.

The administrator appointed for India’s first insolvency resolution of a large financial services provider on the acquisition and resolution bids received from various resolution applicants (previous firm experience).

Distressed asset funds and international banks on structuring and documentation for secondary purchase of loans, debentures and bonds (along with the benefit of underlying security/assets) owed by Indian entities (or their offshore group companies) through various permitted routes including securitisations (previous firm experience).
