Zuzana advises on banking and finance transactions, including real estate finance, fund finance, syndicated loans, general corporate lending and acquisition finance as well as debt restructuring, advising international and local financial institutions, corporates and asset managers.

Prior to joining the firm in 2016, Zuzana gained a work experience in the fund industry at HSBC Global Asset Management in Paris. In 2020, Zuzana undertook a two-month secondment at Starwood Capital Group, Luxembourg where she gained significant experience in private equity and the real estate sector.

Zuzana is currently a member of the Luxembourg young bar association.
