  • The lenders in relation to the financing of the acquisition of a 50% stake from Ørsted in the 1.3GW Hornsea Two Offshore Wind Farm.
  • The lenders to the ACWA Power/SRF/DEWA consortium on the USD4.3 billion 950 MW DEWA IV CSP Project in Dubai, UAE.
  • A renewable energy company on the development, financing and sale of a 50% stake in the 605.2 MW offshore wind project in Taiwan. This is the first large-scale and farshore offshore wind farm in Taiwan.
  • Equitix on the acquisition of a 17.5% equity stake in the Beatrice offshore wind farm from Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners. 
  • CIM Group on a 250 MW solar photovoltaic project called Aquamarine being developed in San Joaquin Valley, California. The plant is part of the first phase of the Westlands Solar Park.
  • The mandated lead arrangers for the 145 MW Cirata IPP project, the first floating solar power plant in Indonesia.
  • The lenders on the financing of the acquisition of CEZ's Romanian renewable energy assets and ancillary facilities.
  • A global financial institution on the refinancing of the Beta and Dynamo wind farm portfolios of Ventient Energy, being one of the largest independent generators of onshore wind energy in Europe with existing assets across Belgium, France, Germany, Portugal, Spain and the United Kingdom.
  • IFC, AfDB and DBSA on the financing for the development of a 35 MW hydropower plant in Gabon. The plan will fulfill up to 13% of the capital city Libreville's energy needs and will be constructed in the rainforest and on the river Mbei.
  • A consortium on the financing of the Thornton Bank Offshore Wind Farm located 30km off the coast in the Belgian North Sea, with total capacity of 325 MW.
