The Republic of Poland has successfully issued EUR3bn dual-tranche notes to address the state budget's borrowing needs. The transaction comprised EUR1.5bn 3.000% notes due 2030 and EUR1.5bn 3.625% notes due 2035. Managed by Citi, J.P. Morgan, and Société Générale, the transaction attracted demand exceeding EUR9.3bn, reflecting strong investor confidence in Poland's financial stability. The competitive yields of the five-year and 10-year bonds drew a diverse investor base, underscoring the Republic of Poland's robust economic position.

A&O Shearman’s team was led by Łukasz Walczyna, supported by Filip Główka, with English law advice from Jamie Durham. Arkadiusz Pędzich supervised the project.

Łukasz Walczyna, Counsel at the A&O Shearman Warsaw office, commented: "We are delighted to have been involved in another issuance for the Republic of Poland. The overwhelming investor interest is a testament to Poland's financial stability. This transaction highlights our commitment to key issuances in the Polish market."
