The arrangers and dealers on the establishment of the Federal Republic of Nigeria’s GMTN Programme and all subsequent issuances thereunder.
 
Bank of Industry Limited advising the Joint Bookrunners on the issue of €700 million Senior Note Participation Notes by BOI Finance B.V. (the “Issuer”) to finance the purchase by the Issuer of a Senior Note issued by the Bank of Industry Limited. The Senior Note is guaranteed by the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
 
Republic of Benin – the lead managers on the Rule 144A/Reg S issuance of EUR500m amortising notes in 2019 and EUR 1bn amortising notes issuance in 2021;
 
The joint lead managers on the issue by the Republic of Senegal of EUR 775m amortising notes in 2021 and USD500m Rule 144A/Reg S notes in 2011, as well as the dealer managers on the related exchange offer and consent solicitation process.
 
The managers on the Republic of Kenya's USD2bn Rule 144A/Reg S notes issuance in 2018 and USD2.1bn Rule 144A/Reg S notes issuance in 2019.
