Allen & Overy strengthens corporate practice in Warsaw with new partner hire

Allen & Overy (A&O) is pleased to announce the appointment of Magdalena Nasilowska as a partner in its Corporate practice in Warsaw. 

Magdalena joins A&O from Baker McKenzie, where she has been a partner since 2019. She acts for both public and private companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity transactions. She also advises Polish companies and investors in commercial and corporate governance-related matters and has a wealth of experience in coordinating projects covering a broad range of integrated services, including post-merger integration, supply chain transformation, and general corporate structuring. Upon joining A&O, Magdalena will focus on developing the Tech M&A practice and will continue to advise leading global clients in the defence sector in Poland.

Together with Magdalena, Allen & Overy will be joined by Piotr Szczecinski, Counsel, and Jakub Zebrowski, associate. The combined corporate team headed by Jaroslaw Iwanicki and Magdalena Nasilowska will encompass eleven counsels and associates.
