Allen & Overy advises International Schools Partnership on the acquisition of Akademeia Educational Group

Allen & Overy announced today that it advised International Schools Partnership (ISP), an organisation that develops educational units for children aged 2-18, and the operator of 80 schools in 22 countries, on the acquisition of Akademeia Educational Group (AEG), the operator of an independent, academically selective school in Warsaw, offering IGCSEs and A Levels alongside the Akademeia Assessed Course, to prepare students for the best universities in the world.

The A&O team was led by partner Magdalena Nasilowska and counsel Piotr Szczecinski and included Jakub Zebrowski, associate, Malgorzata Jastrzebska, senior associate, Marcin Ziarkowski, senior associate, Pawe Grzesik, associate, Olga Mrowiec, associate, Jacek Mainardi, associate, and Julia Pytko, associate.
