A&O advises Sygnity on acquisition of Sagra Technology
Allen & Overy advised Sygnity S.A. on the acquisition of Sagra Technology, a leading provider of an SFA suite of proprietary products for sales management, procurement and monitoring.
A&O’s transactional team included partner Magdalena Nasilowska, counsel Piotr Przybylski and associate Jakub Zebrowski. From the tax perspective, the team was supported by counsel Maciej Kulawik and associate Brunon Surma.
