A&O Shearman advises Quest Diagnostics Incorporated on USD1.85 billion senior notes offering
A&O Shearman represented Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in connection with its registered offering of $400 million aggregate principal amount of its 4.600% senior notes due 2027, $600 million aggregate principal amount of its 4.625% senior notes due 2029 and $850 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.000% senior notes due 2034.
