Ares Management and Investec Fund Solutions partner to expand lending

A&O Shearman is advising Ares Management’s Alternative Credit funds on a bespoke capital solution between Ares Management and Investec Bank plc. The partnership will provide Investec Fund Solutions with additional capital enabling it to expand lending abilities to private funds across several key markets such as the U.K., continental Europe and the U.S.

The innovative funding structure is believed to be the first of its kind in the fund solutions market.
