Josie has a diverse finance and structured finance practice with a broad range of experience representing arrangers, institutional investors, private equity firms, originators and sponsors on a wide range of structured finance transactions extending from securitisations, capital markets, structured products, loan portfolio sales/acquisitions, bespoke structured lending transactions and single property and property portfolio financings.

Leveraging from her experience as a real estate finance and project finance lawyer, Josie is able to provides strategic and commercial advice on transactions across multiple asset classes and industries including residential and commercial real estate, consumer loans, regulated infrastructure and utilities and non-performing loans.

Josie was listed in Legal 500 2021 and awarded the Australia's Lawyer's Weekly '30 Lawyers under 30' in the Banking and Finance category.
