INEOS USD4.1 billion approx. cross-border term loan facilities

A&O Shearman advised the Joint Lead Arrangers, in connection with an amendment to INEOS US Finance LLC and INEOS Finance PLC’ existing Term Loan B facilities and the extension of new 2030 Dollar Term Loans and 2031-II Euro Term Loans in amounts equal to USD2,372,489,785.22 and EUR1,492,500,000, respectively, with proceeds used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
